What is a Gift of Choice card? How does it work

The Gift of Choice card contains a unique number that is redeemable for the recipient's choice of over 500 branded gift card options. As soon as the recipient successfully completes the redemption process, we will either send the selected branded card electronically or via U.S.P.S. First Class mail. The card(s) wil be sent in the manor selected at checkout. Note not all brands are elegible for electronic delivery.

What if I lose my Gift of Choice card before I'm able to redeem it online?

If you have the Gift of Choice card's unique number, or code, you will still be able to redeem your card online for the gift card of your choice. If you do not have the card's unique code, we will not be able to assist further as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

Does my Gift of Choice card expire?

No, our Gift of Choice cards do not have expiration dates.

What if I have not yet received my branded gift card(s)?

You received a confirmation email when you completed the online redemption process. Please review your confirmation email to confirm that the address information you provided is valid and complete; please check your spam/junk folder if you cannot locate a confirmation email in your inbox. If you have not received your physical order within ten business days after receiving the confirmation email, you can either verify with our customer service team that your order has not been returned back to our offices by the post office or file a claim with your local U.S.P.S. branch. If you have not received your electronic order (e-cards), please check your spam/junk folder for an email sent from Ultimate Choice ([email protected]). If you did not receive the email, please contact customer service.

Can I redeem my Gift of Choice card or use branded gift card internationally?

No. Neither the Gift of Choice card or the branded gift cards we offer can be used or shipped internationally.

Do you offer instant gift card redemption options?

Yes! Select brands are provided with electronic delivery options. On the gift card search page you can filter to see the list of current brands available for electronic delivery.

I just completed the online redemption process and realized I provided an incomplete or incorrect address, can I change it?

If it has been less than 24 hours since you have completed the online redemption process, submit a customer service inquiry through our website with your 16-digit voucher number and corrected address as soon as possible, and we will do everything in our power to make the necessary changes before your order is fulfilled. If your order has already shipped we will be unable to process your request.

Why is the website asking for my credit card information?

The only time our website will ask for your credit card information, is when the code corresponding to your Gift of Choice card contains a $0 balance, or has not yet been activated. If you believe the card in question should contain a balance, you will need to contact the person who gave it to you to remedy the situation.

I accidentally chose the wrong branded gift card during the online redemption process, or changed my mind and want a different gift card option.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do everything in our power to change the gift card selection for you, if you notify us within 24 hours or less via a customer service emailed inquiry. Please provide your card's 16-digit voucher number and gift card you'd like in exchange. If your order has already shipped we will be unable to process your request.

NOTE: We are unable to change gift card selections for electronic redemptions.

Do you replace lost or stolen branded gift cards?

Per the terms and conditions of the program, we cannot reship physical orders unless they have been successfully returned to us by the U.S.P.S. since each order contains live/active gift cards. If you have redeemed for an electronic branded gift card (e-card), please contact customer service to inquire about delivery status.

Can I track my order's status?

One of the advantages of our program is that there are no fees attached. We ship all orders via First Class USPS standard mail.

Will you replace lost or stolen branded gift cards?

Per our terms and conditions, we cannot reship orders until they have been successfully returned to us by the USPS since each order contains live/active gift cards.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Once you complete your online redemption process, our distribution center will get working on fulfilling your order. This process takes 24-48 hours. After your order is fulfilled, we will send it via First Class mail through the United States Postal Service in which they quote delivery times between 7-10 business days. Note: Most orders will arrive at their destination much earlier than the quoted time, however due to inclement weather, national holidays, busy seasons and/or other reasons outside of the control of the USPS some customers may experience later arrival times.

Orders containing electronic branded gift cards (e-cards) are sent to the email address provided at the time of redemption and should be received soon after finalization. If you have not received your electronic branded gift card (e-card) and you have checked your spam/junk folders, please contact customer service.

Not all of the brands you offer can be redeemed for electronic cards (e-cards). Why?

While we do offer recipients the choice of over 500 different branded gift cards, many stores do not have electronic gift card options. We are currently working with our suppliers to provide as many electronic options as possible.
