The Gift of Choice card contains a unique number that is redeemable for the recipient's choice of over 500 branded gift card options. As soon as the recipient selects their gift of choice, we will then mail it to them at the address they provide us via the United States Postal Service.
If you have the Gift of Choice card's unique number, or code, you will still be able to redeem your card online for the gift card of your choice. If you do not have the card's unique code, we will not be able to assist further as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
No, our Gift of Choice cards do not have expiration dates.
You received a confirmation email when you completed the online redemption process. Please review your email to confirm that the address you provided is valid and complete. If you did not receive an email; it is possible that you did not successfully complete the online redemption process. If you have not received your cards 10 business days after receiving your confirmation email, then you can either verify with our customer service team that your card(s) have not been returned back to our offices by the post office, or file a claim with your local USPS office.
No. Neither the Gift of Choice card or the branded gift cards we offer can be used or shipped internationally.
While we would like to offer this option in the future, at this time we fulfill all redemptions via First Class Mail.
If it has been less than 24 hours since you have completed the online redemption process, submit a customer service inquiry through our website with your 16-digit voucher number and corrected address as soon as possible, and we will do everything in our power to make the necessary changes before your order is fulfilled. If your order has already shipped we will be unable to process your request.
The only time our website will ask for your credit card information, is when the code corresponding to your Gift of Choice card contains a $0 balance, or has not yet been activated. If you believe the card in question should contain a balance, you will need to bring the card back to the store in which it was purchased from, or the person who gave it to you to remedy the situation.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do everything in our power to change the gift card selection for you, if you notify us within 24 hours or less via a customer service emailed inquiry. Please provide your card's 16-digit voucher number and gift card you'd like in exchange. If your order has already shipped we will be unable to process your request.
Unfortunately, per our terms and conditions, we are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards. Once an order is fulfilled and leaves our distribution center, your order is in the hands of the USPS. Should your order get returned back to us by the USPS, we will contact you immediately.
One of the advantages of our program is that there are no fees attached. We ship all orders via First Class USPS standard mail.
Per our terms and conditions, we cannot reship orders until they have been successfully returned to us by the USPS since each order contains live/active gift cards.
Once you complete your online redemption process, our distribution center will get working on fulfilling your order. This process takes 24-48 hours. After your order is fulfilled, we will send it via First Class mail through the United States Postal Service in which they quote delivery times between 7-10 business days. Note: Most orders will arrive at their destination much earlier than the quoted time, however due to inclement weather, national holidays, busy seasons and/or other reasons outside of the control of the USPS, some customers may experience later arrival times.
